We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary as life can get messy! We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. Short-notice cancellations & No Show appointments cost our talented ladies money. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients your appointment may need to be reschedule should you be over 15 minutes late for your arranged time. For short-notice cancellations & no-show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your booked services.
